North Dakota Pipeline Authority presentation at the 2018 Bakken Production Optimization Program annual members meeting held August 7–8, 2018, in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Discussion included economics, current activity, oil transportation dynamics, understanding current and future oil production, North Dakota natural gas production, and a pipeline construction update.
