Resource Abstract

Presented at the 2019 Bakken Production Optimization Program (BPOP) Annual Meeting held August 7–8, 2019, in Williston, North Dakota. The presentation provides an update of refracturing activity in the Bakken petroleum system, production performance of the refractured wells, an initial analysis of the impact of secondhand refracturing, and an economic assessment of refracturing. 104 new refractured wells were added to the data set.
